Processing & Fulfillment

• All orders are processed in the order they are received.

• Please allow 4–6 weeks for your order to ship out, as many of our products are made-to-order or produced in limited quantities.

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

• Delivery times may vary depending on carrier, customs, or unforeseen delays. Fear Zone is not responsible for carrier delays once the package is in transit.

• Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery by the carrier.

 

International Orders

• We currently Do Not Ship outside the United States. 

• Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply.

 

Pre-Orders & Limited Edition Items

• Some products may be listed as pre-order or limited edition. In such cases, shipping times will be clearly stated on the product page. Please note that pre-order items may have longer lead times.

 

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
